FREE SHIPPING POLICY

At CraftyCarat Diamonds, we prioritize a free, secure and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. We offer free FedEx or UPS 2Day® shipping for all our in-stock stones shipped within Canada. Orders placed for in-stock items before 11 AM PST will be shipped the same day to be delivered within next 2 business day. Custom-shaped diamonds may take a few weeks to be shipped. Please confirm the ETA before placing the order.

We exclusively use trusted carriers like FedEx and UPS for all shipments for a quick, hassle-free and reliable experience.

Security and Insurance:

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure package security. Your shipment is insured during transit, providing peace of mind. We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Details:

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way. This allows you to follow your shipment's journey and know when to expect delivery.
