We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with CraftyCarat Diamonds Inc. That's why we offer a 15-day FREE Return window from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused or unmounted.
• Missing or damaged certification will incur an extra charge of $100.
  
• All tags and original packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required for a full refund.
• Custom-shaped/ordered goods cannot be returned or refunded.
• Returns allowed on only In-stock/ready to ship items. Discuss return options before confirming the stone.
  
• Only two free returns are allowed per customer, per month. Beyond two returns per month, customer is to pay for return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Submit a return request through your account on our web-store providing reason of return.
  
• Contact us via email at  craftycaratdiamonds@gmail.com or call at 778-538-9711 if any questions.
  
• We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions upon approval. Please note unauthorized, used, or damaged returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification letting you know if your return is approved.

Once Approved:

• You'll receive a full refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. This can vary depending on their policies.
